Awesome tour. Very friendly and nice. Extremely knowledgeable about the area. Very helpful in deciding what's important for the amount of time you may have.

Vincent gave us a delightful tour of neighboring Haarlem, a more quiet, relaxed version of Amsterdam. He arranged a very interesting tour of the Corrie ten Boom House and is very knowledgeable about the Nazi persecution of the Jews and about the Dutch resistance. He was extremely accommodating of the need to moderate our activity due to physical limitations and was a real pleasure to have as our guide. We highly recommend him!

My husband and I had travelled from Toronto during the night and Vincent met us at the airport and took us directly to the Holten Canadian War Cemetery. He was knowledgeable about the second world war and took a genuine interest in our reason for visiting the cemetery. We also know just how difficult it was for him to navigate the Amsterdam streets to get us to our hotel in the afternoon. Thanks Vincent, Truly a day to remember.

Vincent was exactly what we hoped he would be. We did both a customized tour to my ancestral home on Texel as well as a walking tour of Amsterdam. He was well prepared, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. He earned our trust very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone interested in experiencing Amsterdam or the surrounding areas.

Tour: Volendam, Edam, Beemster, De Rijp, Marken, Schermerhorn, Amsterdam, The guide was extremely professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable. We had a very interesting time and were impressed with his commitment to making sure we saw and experienced the full tour. We would definitely call on him again for other touring.

A private walking tour beyond comparison! Vincent was so casual, comfortable, knowledgeable and kind as he took us to the "off the beaten track" sights we might never never had seen on any other (or on a group) tour. We had already been to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and Anne Frank House, so walking and talking about the canals, explaining the varied types of architecture, and his especially narration ( e.g. Begijnhof, Burgerweeshuis, Old Church) all made for a very special and memorable day!

Tour: Volendam, Edam, Beemster, De Rijp, Marken, Zaanse Schans, Amsterdam, My family of five had Vincent  take us to the countryside around Amsterdam. We visited Zaanse Schans, Edam, Marken, Volendam, the Beemster Polder. Vincent was terrific, he has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area and imparted lots of interesting facts about life in The Netherlands throughout history. We gained an appreciation for the ingenuity of people living in suboptimal conditions. Vincent was on time and he was very flexible with the schedule and itinerary.

An outstanding guide. My daughter and I really enjoyed spending the day with Vincent. He is very knowledgeable, his English is perfect, and is most pleasant to be with. We spent the morning walking around Amsterdam and the afternoon outside the city. I highly recommend Vincent.

Knowledgeable, accommodating and personable, a good sense of humor. Vince was our guide for 4 days as he has good knowledge about the Jewish WWII experience, art museums/Dutch Artists, countryside to understand hydrological history of land reclamation there and the development of the House of Orange-Nassau from King Willheim the Silent to the current King Willheim-Alexander. My wife and I recommend him to you.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our time in Amsterdam with you. We've been on tours with a number of guides since we traveled with you, but you set the bar. Only one or two have met the "Vincent" standard :) We hope you have a good year. If we're ever back in the Netherlands, we'll give you a call. Take care,

I wanted to write you a short note to thank you again for the fantastic job you did planning and leading our group adventure in the Netherlands. The feedback we have gotten has been extremely positive.  I know from personal experience that it is not easy to stay positive every day dragging around 25 people to sites you have been to multiple times.  We appreciate your upbeat, positive demeanor as well as your extremely knowledgeable background.  You made the trip very enjoyable for all of us and I truly cannot wait to return to the Netherlands with another group in the future.  I will be sure to contact you again!
